Uco Deus Wine & Spa project in Mendoza proposes a new way of experiencing the wine culture through architecture. The masterplan integrates vineyards, lagoons, and tourist pathways with spaces for contemplation, hospitality, and production. A fluid geometry—drawn from organic and natural forms—articulates the underground winery, the hotel, panoramic walkways, and gastronomic areas.

The proposal seeks to create an immersive experience where landscape, architecture, and winemaking tradition meet. From the winery’s monumental spiral to the hotel surrounded by water and vineyards, each space is designed to intensify the connection with the Mendoza land and the Andes Mountains as a backdrop.
